Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or
holidays
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow
additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will
contact You via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking
number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payment and General Terms
Payment Methods: Payments by credit card or wallet.
Order Fulfilment: We strive to fulfil over 99% of orders but assume no responsibility
for unavailable items. Refunds will be issued for any unavailable items.
Responsibilities and Liabilitie
Incorrect Addresses: If the consignee information is incorrect, the customer bears
all losses and liabilities
Damages: Report damaged items within 48 hours of receipt. Hold onto damaged
items and packaging for carrier inspection.
Missing Packages: Report missing packages within 3 days of the expected delivery
date. Claims take up to 8 business days for resolution.
Undeliverable Packages: Refunds are issued minus shipping charges if packages
are returned as undeliverable
Disputes and After-Sales Service
Communication First: We do not accept disputes without prior communication.

Lost or Damaged Orders: Report any lost or damaged orders immediately. We will
assist with after-sales service and claim.
